Kombucha is a healthy, refreshing and a bit tangy fermented probiotic drink, made out of tea, a kombucha scoby culture and cane sugar. Kombucha is amazing for your health, kombucha gets its benefits from a symbiosis between yeast and bacteria - a microbial culture. This microbial culture produces enzymes, organic acids, vitamins and antioxidants. 

Kombucha taste a bit tangy and is not as sweet as its fellow sodas. 

Kombucha contains little sugar if you compare with other sodas and fruit juices. Kombucha is even suited for diabetics.

- What is the benefits of drinking Kombucha?

Kombucha contains a lot of benificial bacteria that supports a healthy gut. Kombucha even contains good bacteria that will survive antibiotica!

- Why keep kombucha & Scoby-Jun refridgirated?

Kombucha & Scoby-Jun are living products. This means that they will keep on fermenting in the bottle, this can cause the bottle to explode. If you keep the bottle cool (between 2 - maximum 7 degrees) you will keep the drink in a resting modus. 

-What makes your Kombucha so special?

I brew my Kombuch the same way they did thousand of years ago, no shortcuts, but with patience and lot´s of love. Every batch of Kombucha is followed by me until the final bottle is switching hands to a customer. 

-What healthy nutrients does Kombucha contain? 

Every batch is unique, and can vary a bit in nutrients. Average a 250ml bottle will contain:: Kcal 30 Fat 0gr Carbs 7gr Sugar 2gr Protein 0gr Natural Ethylalcohol ≈0.3% Prebiotic strains: L. Bacillus Coagulans,L. Saccharomyces Boulardii, L. Gluconacetobacter,Zygosaccharomyces kombuchaensis, Brettanomyces,Acetobacter xylinum,Gluconobacter Välgörande Ämnen: Polyphenols, Glucronic Acid, Vitamines — B1, B2, B6, B12, and C10, Acetic Acid, Amino acids.

-How much Kombucha should I consume?

As much as your body wants, some people take a shot glass a day, some drink a bottle. Tip! It is better to drink Kombucha regulary to benefint your gut health. 

-My stommach is reacting! 

Due to your uniqe gut bacteria kombucha can  speed up your stommach. This is not dangerous, but I reccomend to slowly introduce Kombucha to bouild up your healthy " kobucha gut bacteria" and to avoid panic toilet visits... 


-Can I brew my own Kombucha?

Ofcourse! I sell baby scoby´s with a starter fluid so you can start your own Kombucha.
